    Coaching is all about getting clearer on what you want and need out of life. I don't have the answers, nor do I have a set prescription for all my clients. Coaching is based on what you need and where you are headed.

    Our personal and professional lives often aren't as separate as we'd like to think. In coaching, we'll look at all aspects of who you are and how you are showing up in the world.

    My goal is for you to feel comfortable in sharing your deepest dreams, desires, and doubts. And, my job is to challenge you, too! I focus on making sure you feel safe enough to get uncomfortable, learn and grow.

Rates & Packages

Standard Rates:

  • $150 - 60 minute coaching session

  • $175 - 75 minute deep dive session

I am currently pursuing my coaching certification through Co-Active Training Institute, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

While I’m in training, I’m offering coaching packages at discounted rates.

Pay-per-session Sliding Scale:

  • Self-select to pay either $10, $50, or $75 per session.

Initial Coaching Package: 7 sessions for $500

  • Includes 1 deep dive session & 6 regular sessions

  • Can be paid in 2 installments

What can I get from coaching?

The results vary based on the your goals, your investment, and your bravery. Coaching can lead to improved clarity about life, better decision-making, increased confidence, enhanced work performance, and achieving specific career or life goals. Clients also often experience deep personal growth, greater self-awareness, and improved work-life balance.

Where and how will we meet?

Most of my coaching happens over Zoom. I also work with clients on the phone, and am especially fond of walk-and-talk calls — getting the blood moving can help get the mind unstuck, too!

If you’re in the Bay Area, we can meet up in-person.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on helping clients move forward and achieve future goals, whereas therapy often deals with resolving past trauma or psychological issues. Coaching is typically more goal-oriented and action-based, while therapy may delve deeper into emotional healing. Both require a safe, trusting environment and self-reflection and growth.

Have you coached someone like me?

Maybe! And, having direct experience in your field, sector, or life stage isn’t the priority. My role is to listen and receive, to reflect back and to ask powerful questions that help you refine your own vision and goals for a fulfilling life. I bring tools, ideas, and suggestions to help you move forward, but ultimately you are in the driver’s seat, and every coaching engagement is different.
